Privacy/Returns

 

Intimate Attitudes Corp. is firmly committed to protecting your privacy. Without your consent we will not use your personal information to send you promotional materials you have not requested nor will we release it to other companies. We may share your information with subsidiaries of Intimate Attitudes Corp. so long as such subsidiaries have privacy policies at least as protective as those of Intimate Attitudes Corp. At Intimate Attitudes Corp., privacy is our policy.

Because the information we gather from you is personal, we feel you should fully understand the terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of that information. This Privacy Policy discloses what information we gather, how we use it, and how to correct or change it.

By using the Site (as defined in the Terms and Conditions), you consent to the collection and use of this information by Intimate Attitudes Corp.

Online Order Return Policy

 

No refunds. Due to the health risk, we will not accept any returns on sex toys.  All products are tested before shipping at Home Office, and they work! Most vibrating products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Unopened lotions and games maybe returned with original receipt within 14 days from date on invoice, for exchange only. No cash or credit card refunds. All exchanges must be authorized by Home Office prior to returning. 1-888-886-4099. All orders are in Canadian Funds. We accept Visa and MasterCard.

 

 

Shipping and Handling

 

We ship all online order via Canada Post, parcel express. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.  There is a $10.00 S&H charge on all orders.  All orders are discretely wrapped.

 

Collection and Use of Information

When you visit the Site, we will occasionally ask you to provide us with some personal information. We need this information to fill your orders, send you important messages, and personalize your shopping experience through our customer log in.

Here is the information we collect at Intimate Attitudes Corp. and how we use it:

  • When you create an account with Intimate Attitudes Corp., we will ask for your name, mailing address, phone number, email address and password. With your consent, we will occasionally use this information to contact you about new releases, bargains and special giveaways. You have the option of removing yourself from our mailing list at any time.
  • When you purchase an item, we will ask for your shipping address, billing address and your credit card number/expiration date. This information allows us to process and fulfill your order, and to notify you of your order's status.
  • If you wish to send a product link to a friend, we will ask for your friend's email address in order to fulfill your request.Intimate Attitudes Corp. will not disclose this email address to other parties or send promotional emails to this address.
  • When you enter an Intimate Attitudes Corp. contest or play a promotional game, we will ask for your name, mailing address, email address or other relevant personal information so that we can administer the contest and notify winners.
  • We collect generalized, non-individual aggregate information about our users and share it with advertisers and business development partners.
  • If you post a customer review, we collect the information you post.
  • If you email Intimate Attitudes Corp. with questions, suggestions or comments, we will collect your email address so that we may respond.
  • While you are shopping at Intimate Attitudes Corp., you may store products you would like to purchase later in a personalized Wish List. If you would like to send this Wish List to a friend or family member, we will ask for that person's email address.
  • If your order is to be shipped to another address as a gift, you will need to submit the recipient's name, mailing address and phone number (optional) as the shipping address.
  • In order to make our emails to you more interesting, we often receive a confirmation when you open an email from us.
  • Sometimes we receive and use information about you from other sources to improve our service to you. As an example, we may receive an updated address for you from a shipping company.
  • If you choose to become a member of our Affiliate Program, we will ask you for information about you and your Web site in order to administer your participation in the Program.
  • We use some of the foregoing types of information internally to improve how the Site benefits you.
  • If required by law or to enforce, protect or apply our rights, we may release such information as is required.

Protecting Your Information

The Site uses a variety of security measures to maintain the safety and security of your personal information. All user contact information is contained behind secured networks and is accessible only by a limited number of employees who have agreed to comply with all of our privacy and security policies. Passwords and credit card numbers are encrypted in our secure database, which is also located behind secured networks and certified. All credit card information supplied by users is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted in Intimate Attitudes Corp. databases as stated above.

Please be sure that your web browser is SSL-enabled. We recommend Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher. You should always upgrade your web browser software to the latest versions for optimum security.

Automatic Collection of Information; Cookies and IP Addresses

We use a feature of your web browser called a "cookie" to assign a unique identity to your computer. Cookies are files that your web browser places on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies enable us to provide features such as welcoming you by name, saving your Wish List, storing items in your Shopping Cart between visits, and setting up other preferences you establish during each visit to the Site.

We also use cookies to help determine whether you came to the Site from a particular Internet link or banner advertisement. Cookies can be used to help save and retrieve usernames used on the Site and provide information on past purchases. This is done for convenience and saves you the trouble of reentering information on every visit to the Site. Every computer on the Internet is identified by a unique number called an IP address. If you have a static IP address, you get the same number each time you connect. If you have a dynamic IP address, a number is assigned from a pool of addresses maintained by your ISP (Internet Service Provider) on a first-come basis. Intimate Attitudes Corp. only uses your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our Site, and to gather basic demographic information.

Examples of other types of automated information we may collect include, connection information such as browser type and version; operating system; and URL clickstream to, through and from the Site.

Links to Other Sites

The Site contains links to partners, advertisers and third-party websites and services that may collect data in connection with sweepstakes, promotions, e-commerce, etc. They each have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Intimate Attitudes Corp. Intimate Attitudes Corp. has no responsibility or liability for these independent policies or actions, and is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such sites.

Agents

We may employ other companies to perform certain functions on our behalf such as using a shipping company to deliver your order or using a processing company to authorize and verify your credit card. These companies have access to such of your information as is necessary to perform their task.

Change and Modify Your Account

Business Transfer

If Intimate Attitudes Corp. were to be sold, it is possible that some of your information might be included in the transfer. In such event, you will receive notice of such transfer and Intimate Attitudes Corp. will require the transferee to have a privacy policy, which is at least as protective as this Privacy Policy.

Changes to Privacy Policy

If we make any changes to our privacy policy, we will post the changes on this page so that you are always aware of our policies. Intimate Attitudes Corp. reserves the right to modify, alter or update these policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations or updates.
